- Client data: documents you upload on behalf of your clients, including Form 16, AIS, Form 26AS, and bank statements.
- Usage data: how you interact with the platform, features used, and access times.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the InnopayTX platform.
- Parse and analyse financial documents to deliver the features you request.
- Send transactional communications such as OTPs, email verifications, and deadline reminders.
- Comply with legal obligations applicable to us.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in India. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. Sensitive credentials (such as GSP passwords and session tokens) are encrypted at rest.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Service providers who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, SMS delivery, email delivery) under strict confidentiality obligations.
- Government systems such as the Protean GSP API when you explicitly initiate GST verification or data fetch operations.
- Legal authorities when required by applicable law.
5. Client Document Data
Documents uploaded for your clients are processed solely to deliver the parsing and analysis features of the platform. We do not use client document data to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and firm data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Parsed document data is retained for the period necessary to deliver compliance and analysis features.
